Exercise Log

The Exercise Log provides users with the functionality to be able to enter thier exercise information.

The included areas of fitness are: Flexibility and Motion Activities, Aerobic Conditioning and Cardiovascular Exerciase and Weight Training. Once users has entered their times for each activity, the log will total their time for the given day entered.

This allows users and their respective companies to track exercise programs and progress that the user may be making.

Users can see a 30 Day Detail or Current Year Summary to and see how much progress has been made.
