Private PHD Home Page
The Individual PHD Menu Page is the User’s unique homepage. From this page Users can access their Personal Menu of Lessons, previous current health and disease risk reports and charts, and perform additional miscellaneous account functions.
Personal Menu of Lessons
Each User receives a Personal Menu of Lessons based on his/her answers to the Personal Health Assessment. From the Menu of Lessons, the User will be able to access lessons, track credit received for completing a lesson, track when lessons were viewed and un-enroll in lessons. The information presented in these lessons can help Users learn more about reducing their health risks.

Accessing Lessons
Lesson Titles are displayed under the Header “Enrolled Courses” and Users click on any Lesson Title to load and view lessons.

Lesson Quiz
There is a five-question quiz following each lesson. Quizzes are designed to assist learning and the retention of the information presented. If a quiz question is answered incorrectly, the User is prompted to return to the lesson to review the correct information before answering the question again.
Following successful completion of each quiz, the User can click on the “Get Credit Button” in his/her Individual PHD Menu Page to get credit for completing the lesson.

Incentive Points
Users can see the number of incentive points (lessons completed) he/she has earned at any time by reviewing the course listing of lessons and scrolling to the bottom of the page to review the number of lesson or quiz programs completed.
